TELEHEALTH WITH SLIDING SCALE PRICING

You already know something needs to change, but you need someone to help you figure out where to start.

You’ve sat in appointments where the clock was running before you finished your first sentence. You’ve left with a referral or a prescription and feeling like the actual conversation about your energy, sleep, stress, diet, and the way everything connects never quite happened.

What working with PrivyHealth looks like

PrivyHealth is not your primary care provider. It’s the layer of support your primary care visits don’t have time to provide.

You keep your existing care team. Dr. Granger works alongside them reviewing your history, going deep on the lifestyle factors affecting your health, building a plan with you that your PCP can see and support. The goal isn’t to replace the care you have. It’s to make it work better for you.

What you walk away with isn’t a list of things you should be doing. It’s a clear, specific plan built around the life you’re already living: your schedule, your preferences, your capacity. One that gives you something to measure against, not just aspire to.

Meet and Greet

30 minutes | Virtual | Free

You’ve probably been let down by health care appointments before. The Meet & Greet exists so that doesn’t happen here.

This is a no-pressure conversation where you share what’s going on with your health, ask every question you’ve been holding onto, and get a clear picture of how PrivyHealth could support your goals. Dr. Granger will be straight with you about whether this is the right fit and what next steps would actually look like for you. No commitment required.

This visit covers:
  • Your health goals and what’s getting in the way
  • An overview of how PrivyHealth works and what to expect
  • Your questions, answered directly
  • A clear sense of whether moving forward makes sense for you

Health and Wellness Assessment

90 minutes | Virtual

This is the visit most people have been waiting years to have. Ninety minutes with a physician who has reviewed your records, wants to understand your life, and is focused entirely on building something useful with you before the appointment ends. Dr. Granger reviews your medical and health history in full, explores the lifestyle factors shaping your health (nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, social connection, and more) and works with you to develop a personalized action plan with concrete steps you can start using immediately.

You won’t leave with vague advice. You’ll leave with a plan that reflects your specific situation, your real constraints, and your goals, along with clarity on what to watch for and how to know it’s working.

If you have recent labs, submit them in advance and Dr. Granger will review them as part of your assessment. If labs haven’t been done in the past three to six months, she may order them. Lab costs are not included in the visit fee.

This visit covers:
  • Full review of your medical and health history
  • In-depth exploration of the lifestyle factors affecting your health
  • Personalized action planning with immediate, actionable next steps
  • Coordination with your existing care team as needed

Health & Wellness Assessment Follow-Up

30 minutes | Virtual

Health doesn’t change in a straight line. This visit is where you take stock of what’s working, work through what isn’t, and keep building.

Progress looks different for everyone. Some things will have shifted. Others will need adjusting. Dr. Granger reviews where you are against your action plan, helps you troubleshoot the places you’ve gotten stuck, and makes sure the plan continues to fit your life as it evolves.

For clients who want an ongoing accountability partner, this is where that relationship lives.

This visit covers:
  • Review of your progress toward your health goals
  • Adjustments to your action plan as needed
  • Continued support and accountability
Sliding scale pricing:
  • Tier 1: Pay It Forward/Standard: $95
  • Tier 2: Support/Extra Support: $55

FAQ

Yes! If you decide to move forward after our Meet & Greet, I offer flexible pricing. This ensures cost is not a barrier to care. Support and Extra Support slots are limited. When booking services, please be honest with yourself. Choose the tier that reflects your financial situation. Selecting a lower price when you can afford more limits access for others who may truly need it.

Pay It Forward: Above the standard rate and a generous way to give back. The extra you pay directly subsidizes access for community members at the lower tiers. You’re not just investing in your own care; you’re investing in someone else’s.

Standard Rate: The true cost of a visit. This tier is right for you if you can comfortably cover your basic needs, have some room in your budget for non-essentials/wants, and wouldn’t typically qualify for sliding scale services in a healthcare setting.

Support Rate: For those whose basic needs are met, but with little to no room left over. Paying for a visit at this level is a stretch but not a hardship.

Extra Support Rate: For those navigating real financial hardship, where even basic needs can sometimes feel uncertain. Paying for a visit at this level is possible, but it’s a sacrifice.

Dr. Granger works with adults (anyone above the age of 18) managing conditions like prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure, as well as those who are proactively working to prevent them or optimize their health. If you’re unsure whether your situation is a good fit, the Meet & Greet is the right place to find out.

The biggest difference is time and depth. A standard appointment is typically 15 minutes and focused on a specific complaint or medication management. The Health & Wellness Assessment is 90 minutes and covers your full health history, the lifestyle factors shaping your health, and ends with a personalized action plan you can start using right away. It’s the conversation most people have been wanting to have for a long time.

No, but it helps. If you have labs from the past three to six months, submitting them in advance allows Dr. Granger to review them as part of your assessment. If you don’t have recent labs, she may order them during your visit. Lab costs are separate from the visit fee but may be covered by your insurance; check with your plan administrator.

That’s entirely up to you. There are no required follow-up visits or long-term commitments. Many clients choose to book a follow-up to check in on their progress, adjust their plan, and keep building momentum, but you access care on your own terms, when it makes sense for you.
